    Hiring one person gives you one specialism. Loom gives you a team of senior specialists across digital strategy, paid media, SEO, content and data, all working to one strategy. For most businesses, that’s stronger and faster to results than building in-house.

  • Why a specialist agency rather than a full-service agency?

    We’ve stayed in our lane since 2009. No web design, no PR. Just digital marketing, done properly. That focus means we’re closer to the industry and sharper on the work than agencies that do everything.

    For the services we don’t offer, we can recommend trusted, specialised partner agencies. We love collaborating with other agencies and find that working in tandem with them often leads to the best results. If you’d prefer to just have contact with one agency, we can manage this relationship on your behalf.

  • How long do I need to commit to?

    We ask for a minimum term based on your objectives. This gives us enough time to build, learn and get results. After that, it’s a rolling monthly arrangement. We don’t lock clients in. We’d rather earn your continued investment month to month.

  • Are there hidden costs?

    No hidden costs. Our fee covers everything in scope. You’ll need to cover media spend directly with the platforms, such as Google Ads or Meta, which is billed separately from our management fee.

  • Who will be on my account?

    Your pod is led by a strategy lead and includes the relevant channel specialists. You’ll know everyone by name and have direct visibility of the work they deliver.

  • How quickly will I see results?

    It depends on your channels, budget and where you’re starting from. Paid media tends to move fastest. Organic channels take longer to compound. As a general rule, you’ll see meaningful movement in the first three months. We’ll be upfront about realistic timelines before we start.
