Introducing Ellen Stone: Our newest Loomie

We’re excited to announce that Ellen Stone has joined the team at Loom.

With 3 years’ experience in the digital sector, Ellen will be bolstering Loom’s client services team. She will be supporting our clients in developing their current digital strategies to help them thrive online.  She is an experienced account manager and enjoys improving and enhancing the digital experience for a business’s end user.

After graduating from the University of Kent, Ellen made the move to Bristol to capitalise on its excellent creative opportunities. She initially dipped her toes in the event marketing industry, which gave her the push she needed to get more involved in digital. In 2018, she began working for an established eCommerce agency, where she supported an impressive roster of B2B and B2C key clients, and their Magento sites. 

Ellen is happiest when planning, developing and delivering new features and functionality with clients. Ellen makes sure that a brand’s site keeps up with current trends and customer demands across various sectors. Close attention is always paid to any relevant data and analytics to support these developments, of course!

Ellen’s experienced just how quickly the digital space changes, and the importance of keeping on trend and up to date with your competitors. The significance of data, analytics, UX and SEO is vital in this digital landscape to ensure that a site is not stagnating and falling behind its competitors. She is confident in spotting new opportunities to capitalise further on a company’s success. 

Ellen is dedicated to supporting clients to not only achieve, but exceed their business goals. All businesses are unique, and she relishes the opportunity to be able to work closely with clients to develop tailored strategies to keep them at the top of their game. 

When Ellen’s not working, she’s either convincing someone to join her at a new foodie hotspot for the second time in a week or getting outdoors to explore all that the fabulous south west countryside has to offer. (Especially if there is a cosy pub with a cold beer at the end!)
