As the lead strategic partner for our key clients, you will steer their long-term paid media vision. Your role is to draw a clear line from campaign activity to their commercial success, making the financial impact of our work tangible. You will build and present reliable performance forecasts, confidently leading pivotal conversations with clients about future investment, strategy, and growth opportunities.
Furthermore, as a senior member of the team, you will also be instrumental in mentoring colleagues, enhancing our internal processes, and ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered across the board.
Responsibilities
Strategic & client leadership:
- Develop and lead client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor during key discussions, including Kick-Off meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), forecasting, and renewal conversations.
- Play a pivotal role in new business pitches, from reviewing briefs and crafting compelling strategies to presenting confidently to prospective clients.
- Go beyond campaign metrics to connect paid media activity directly to a client’s commercial outcomes and build strategies that drive demonstrable growth.
- Handle client objections effectively, demonstrating the commercial value of our work to retain and expand key accounts.
- Go beyond standard reporting to deliver insightful analysis and data-driven narratives that clearly communicate performance and identify strategic opportunities for growth.
Team leadership & mentorship:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the paid media team, fostering a culture of high performance, strategic thinking, and continuous professional development.
- Act as a key stakeholder for quality control, ensuring the team’s deliverables meet the highest standards of execution and align with Loom’s values.
- Champion the integration of paid media with other digital channels like SEO and Content Marketing and Data to maximise holistic campaign performance.
- Contribute to the enhancement of team workflows and processes, improving operational efficiency and elevating our paid media service.
Campaign & technical excellence:
- Oversee the strategic direction and execution of complex, multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Confident with Programmatic platforms, such as StackAdapt, to plan, organise and deliver campaigns effectively.
- Feel as comfortable architecting a high-level, multi-channel strategy as you are deep-diving into campaign data to uncover optimisation opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid media opportunities, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Provide strategic guidance on creative assets, advising clients on best practices for ad copy, imagery, and video, and in some cases, assisting with their delivery to drive engagement.
- Embrace and leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance campaign performance, drive efficiency, and take our paid media campaigns to the next level.
YOUR Skills & Experience

Salary: £40,000 – £46,000, dependent on experience. You’ll also enjoy:
