We’re looking for an experienced account manager or planner with a strategic mind to work in our integrated division. This role will be key to establishing strong relationships with our multi-channel clients, as well as optimising our internal processes and managing a number of channel specialists to ensure work is delivered within structured timelines and at the highest quality.
This role sits within our new multi-channel team here at Loom Digital. We believe that digital marketing is at its most powerful when channels work together strategically to achieve business goals. Our multi-channel division is responsible for building long-term, market-leading strategies that encompass paid media, SEO, content and data in order to achieve excellent results for clients. Once a strategy is developed, delivered and agreed, our strategists and account managers ensure it is executed to the highest standards by our in-house specialists, as well as keeping our clients happy and engaged along the way.
Although this role is grounded in account management, we are looking for someone who has the ability to see the bigger picture. You should have an appetite to learn more about marketing approaches and methodologies. This position will develop into an integral part of our strategy service, and as such we are looking for someone who is ready to upskill and move into a strategy-orientated role. They will play a central role in planning and collating multi-channel strategies, as well as presenting these to clients and adapting when required. With this in mind, a pre-existing knowledge of marketing channels (perhaps from managing projects for clients and assessing performance, or working alongside channel specialists) is important, as well as an interest in marketing trends.
